International orders: All international orders will be delivered within 4 business days via DHL Express. Free shipping
is eligible based on total spend and location.
Please note that import duties and taxes vary by country. You will be fully responsible for paying all applicable
Duties and Taxes directly to the relevant authority as determined and assessed by such authorities. The Brand will
have no responsibility or liability in connection with the foregoing. Moreover, if you fail to pay any Duties and Taxes
without reasonable reason, causing the liability to fall on us, the carrier or any third party (including the Brand), the
amount of such Duties and Taxes may be deducted from any refund or other amounts you may claim.
Tracking number: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking
information. The tracking number and progress can be found on the carrier’s website.
Returns: Given our status as a small-scale company and our focus on producing pieces in limited quantities, we
regret to inform you that we do not accept returns unless there has been an error in your order on our part.
